PETG on X2D: Key Observations

Layer adhesion was excellent — test cubes showed near-perfect bonding with no delamination under torsional stress. The PETG extruded smoothly up to 300 mm/s without clogging.

  • Surface: Glossy, minimal stringing at 1.5mm retraction/40mm/s
  • Accuracy: Within ±0.1mm on 20mm cubes
  • Bridges: Clean up to 40mm without support

White PLA+ on H2D: Speed & Precision

At 215°C, the filament flowed beautifully at 350 mm/s with crisp detail and no underextrusion. The pure white provides excellent contrast for detailed models.
